NIB Projects was founded in 1999 by Norman Ian Bosman, a Johannesburg-born property professional with a single office in Northcliff and a belief that commercial real estate could be done differently. Not louder. Just better.
Over the following decade, the firm quietly built one of the most respected client rosters in the area, earning mandates through referrals, honesty and the consistent delivery of results that outperformed the market.

With 14 years in commercial leasing, Samantha manages the firm's entire leasing portfolio and all tenant representation mandates.
Kagiso Dlamini
Specialising in commercial sales and acquisitions, Kagiso has closed over R400M in transactions since joining NIB Projects in 2014.
Liesl Van Niekerk
